HP Cambridge
Partnership for Education EdTech Fellows

A fellowship programme and alumni network for policymakers and organisation leaders to grow knowledge and skills to lead impactful education technology (EdTech) transformations in education systems across the world.

Policymakers and organisations working to accelerate digital education transformation

Across low, middle and high income countries, learning poverty is threatening to prevent nations from realising their potential for economic and cultural prosperity. EdTech has the potential to improve teaching and learning on a national scale - but only when it is approached holistically and strategically.

Cambridge University Press & Assessment and HP Inc. have established a network of policymakers and organisation leaders to develop the knowledge and skills to use EdTech to help enable millions of children to realise their potential. And help nations reach their visions for the future too.

Lead effective, equitable and sustainable change with confidence

How do fellows benefit?

The fellowship will help policymakers and organisation leaders to:

  • Develop skills and confidence to make their national school system more resilient, and make every day learning more effective, accessible and sustainable.

  • Prepare to make the right decisions now to get value for money and seize opportunities in the longer term.

  • Connect with a network of peers working together to accelerate effective EdTech implementation at scale, reverse global trends around learning poverty and shape international discussion.

What do we cover?

The fellowship follows a three-strand curriculum, which addresses the following questions:

  • EdTech: How can technology be used to improve learning outcomes across your education system?

  • Policy: How can you apply user-centred design processes to address challenges in your education system?

  • Leadership: How can you mobilise stakeholders from across government and civic society to build and lead a strong coalition for change?
