Majed Alosaimi is the Director of Planning and Initiatives at the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), where he leads the design and execution of national-scale programs aimed at developing data and artificial intelligence capabilities across Saudi Arabia. His work focuses on enabling talent, accelerating digital transformation, and supporting the Kingdom’s strategic ambitions in building a data-driven economy.
With extensive experience in strategic planning and program development, Majed has contributed to the launch and management of several national initiatives focused on capacity building in data and AI. These initiatives target a wide range of beneficiaries, including students, professionals, and government entities, with the goal of enhancing awareness, skills, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Majed holds a strong interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and education, particularly in how innovative technologies can be leveraged to scale impact and improve learning outcomes. Through his participation in the Fellowship, he aims to exchange knowledge with global peers, explore best practices in EdTech, and build meaningful collaborations that advance education and capacity building at scale.
