Abdulaziz AlHosaini holds a certificate in computer programming.
In 2006, he worked in technical support for the Ministry of Education, and in 2010 became the head of the Technical Support department, providing services to thousands of schools.
In 2019, Abdulaziz became a Monitor for beneficiaries in information systems management. In the coronavirus crisis, he led a team of 100 engineers to continue education in the State of Kuwait. This team succeeded in training 100,000 teachers and half a million students. Education in Kuwait successfully continued during the coronavirus crisis.
The team, led by Abdulaziz, was able to work with the first half a million students as online systems trainer and help desk monitor. After this great success, Abdulaziz asked to transfer to a new position as a consultant to the National Center for the Development of Education in order to build the infrastructure and became the team leader.
In 2022, he became the head of the E-Learning department to lead the Curriculum Development department for the Ministry of Education.
