Anna Sydoruk is a Ukrainian educator and the CEO of Osvitoria, the leading educational NGO in Ukraine. With a background in diplomacy and over a decade of experience in the education sector, Anna is committed to ensuring that every child in Ukraine has equal access to quality learning, particularly in the challenging context of war.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Kyiv International University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Policy Studies in Education at University College London.
As CEO of Osvitoria, Anna leads a team that collaborates with the Ukrainian government and international organisations to implement over 20 large-scale educational projects. These initiatives include professional development for teachers, EdTech solutions to provide free access to education, school rehabilitation programmes, and the implementation of national education reforms, among others.
Anna’s expertise in project management has led to the successful launch of several impactful educational initiatives. Notably, she led the development of the All-Ukrainian Online School, a national platform supporting distance and blended learning. Used by over one million students and teachers, the platform was recognised as one of the top 30 most outstanding projects in Ukraine’s 30 years of independence.
