Do Duc Lan is the Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Institute of Educational Sciences (VNIES). He oversees the Departments of Research Management, Postgraduate Training, and International Cooperation. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a master’s degree in mathematics education from Hanoi National University of Education in Vietnam. Following over a decade as a math teacher at a secondary school, he commenced his research career at VNIES in 2013.
He has held positions as project manager, coordinator, and main investigator in many national and international projects focused on curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, evaluation of 21st century skills, STEM education, and digital skills, particularly in the field of technology education.
He advocates effective strategies for integrating technology into the curriculum, as well as optimal methods for utilizing technology to enhance students’ skills.
