Fatima brings over three decades of rich experience in the education sector. Her journey spans 34 years, including 12 years as a dedicated schoolteacher and 22 years as a key figure in the digital content and the integration of technology in a classroom. She has consistently championed the development and strategic implementation of cutting-edge digital teaching and learning materials utilizing the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) standards.

In her capacity of Deputy Director, she has been instrumental in formulating and executing strategic plans that focus on the seamless integration of digital tools and instructional design into the curriculum.

Her work is not confined to the national stage. She has been actively contributing to international dialogues on educational technology, presenting at and participating in key global forums across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. These experiences have enriched her perspective and allowed her to contribute to global conversations on the future of education. These engagements have allowed her to share insights and collaborate with global thought leaders, further enhancing her ability to influence the future of education on a broader scale.
