Nuha Alhejji is an education transformation leader advancing talent and capability systems across higher education and national capability development. She serves as Director of Academic Collaboration and Partnerships at the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), where she leads national initiatives to expand academic partnerships and develop data and AI talent. She translates national priorities into practical education and capability-building initiatives, bringing together universities, technology companies and public institutions to prepare future-ready talent.

Nuha brings over 15 years of progressive experience leading national capability-building initiatives across government, academia and industry. She aligns education systems with emerging technologies and supports the development of sustainable talent pipelines for the digital economy.

Earlier in her career, Nuha co-founded Academy 32 at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), establishing a national platform for leadership development and capability building in research, development and innovation. The academy became a catalyst for nurturing emerging scientific talent and strengthening the Kingdom’s research and innovation capacity.

Through the HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship, Nuha aims to contribute to shaping scalable, system-level models for future-ready learning.
