Temuulen Tuguldur, Data Analytics Manager at the Information Technology Center of Education, Ministry of Education of Mongolia, plays a critical role in advancing education through innovative data solutions. In this capacity, Temuulen leads strategic initiatives to leverage big data and artificial intelligence to enhance policy decisions and improve educational outcomes for over 40,000 teachers across the country.
With over eight years of experience in education and social policy analytics, including two years in government roles, Temuulen has spearheaded projects ranging from digital transformation to the development of analytics infrastructures. Temuulen holds a Master’s degree from the Free University of Berlin and the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
Joining the Fellowship, Temuulen aims to further explore strategies for scaling impactful EdTech solutions, sharing insights while learning from global best practices to drive meaningful digital transformation in Mongolia’s education system.
