An online course for policymakers and senior government officials who wish to gain a deeper understanding on design thinking for Education Technology (EdTech) policy making and adaptive leadership.
The course is designed for senior government officials responsible for the implementation of education technology solutions on a large scale.

Yes, previous Fellowship applicants will have a priority during the application review process. The course will cover some of the key topics from the Fellowship, but is designed to be more general.

The leadership course provides an overview of the key topics explored in the HP Cambridge Partnership for Education EdTech Fellowship. It will focus on design thinking for Education Technology (EdTech) policy making and adaptive leadership, with EdTech case studies.

Like the fellowship, the leadership course is mainly designed for senior government officials who are responsible for the implementation of education technology solutions on a large scale.

While we don’t have a specific language requirement, we recommend that learners have at least a C1 level of English proficiency to ensure a positive learning experience and to fully benefit from the course content.

The course will last 3 months. It will be self-paced.

Maximum 3 hours per week for 12 weeks for a total of 36 hours.

Lessons are pre-recorded so that each learner can start and stop whenever convenient. There will also be a moderated forum.

The course is structured in modules. At the end of each module, learners will take a multiple-choice test to reach the minimum level to earn the final certificate of completion.

The online course is completely free. If you would like to receive certification at the end, there will be a small fee.
